• Extra Work Hours:
    • Service trips exceeding standard work hours (7.5 hours) can be compensated with up to 4 additional hours on weekdays and 7.5 hours on weekends or holidays.
    • These hours do not qualify for overtime pay.
  • Active Travel Time:
    • Log all active travel time that requires you to relocate or stay away from your usual work location.
    • Time spent at hotels or similar accommodations is not considered active travel time.
