All employees and hired personnel must log their hours in iCORE. Some managers will have access to log hours on behalf of other employees/hired personnel, but most will only have access to log their own hours.

iCORE is configured with hourly requirements, meaning that all full-time employees must log at least 7.5 hours per day for every weekday. It is not possible to sign or approve timesheets unless these hourly requirements are met. If you have taken a day off, you must log compensatory time/avspasering so that the total hours for that day amount to at least 7.5 hours.

In iCORE, the following must be recorded:

  • All working hours
  • All compensatory hours
  • All absences – vacation, leave, sick leave, and furlough
  • All salary supplements not automatically derived by the system
