Inspect the robot for visible damage, including dents, scratches, or loose components



Verify that all electrical connectors, hoses, and tethers are properly attached and undamaged.



Check that the tool is securely mounted and free from any foreign objects that could hinder its movement.



Ensure that the robot’s wheels and bearings rotate freely and are free of debris



Verify that the wireless controller is functioning properly, including the emergency stop button. |



Check the camera glass for cleanliness and visibility. Clean if necessary



Inspect the PCC display and verify that the system status and camera feeds are functioning.



Perform a system function test to ensure all parts are operational. Listen for abnormal sounds during the test.
