As a Supervisor, you have some additional responsibilities for the team you lead on the project:

  • Supervisors must ensure that everyone on their shift records the correct and same number of hours in iCORE.
  • Supervisors must ensure that everyone on their shift gets signed timesheets from the offshore manager before returning home.

This should be checked in iCORE:

  • Travel time must be correctly registered (use the time types REISEUARB/REISEIARB, travel time must be accurate – check that personnel traveling together have registered the same travel time).
  • All employees should have the correct allowances (weekday/holiday offshore allowances, supervisor allowances, night allowances, hotbed allowances, etc.).
  • All daily allowances: these are only for completed days, not for each day started. On a standard 14-day shift, personnel should therefore only have 14 daily allowances.
  • All personnel should have the correct number of regular hours.
  • Both hours and allowances must always be registered to the project role they have on the shift – e.g., Supervisor or Technician.
  • Everyone is entitled to 100% overtime for work beyond 12 regular working hours. This also applies to lifeboat drills outside regular working hours.
