Countersunk screw material:Stainless steel A2 - DIN 7991

HEX key size 3 & 4






Mount the suspension unit onto the linear tool by the 4 M5 Ctsk. Hex socket screws from the front and the 2 M5 Hex socket screws from the top.

Mount the Pinovo Head onto the suspension unit by the 3 M8 Ctsk. Hex socket screws.

Install the vacuum and sandblasting hose clamps by the M6 Hex socket screws.

Attach the vacuum and sandblasting hoses to the Pinovo head and secure them in the hose clamps.

Test the pneumatic functions and calibrate the required speed of the linear tool with the One-way flow control valves.
