To ensure optimal performance, daily checks of the Proteus Safe System must be performed by the operating personnel. The following items should be checked:

Clean robot with compressed air



Manually remove foreign objects



Visually check the condition of the wheel bearings. Consult manufacturer if necessary. 



Check the bearings of the omni-wheel. Clean/ replace if the wheels are stuck or has difficulty rotating.



Check if tool is mounted correctly and has no foreign objects installed that can prevent intended movement.



Check all glass on equipment, camera, laser, overview camera, light. Replace if necessary.



Ensure cables, hoses, and tethers are secure and undamaged.



Check the connectors are properly mounted. Function test auxiliary equipment such as cameras, lasers, lights and tools



Clean magnets.



Perform a function test, during test check for any abnormal sounds or signs



Verify that the wireless controller range is adequate and battery is fully charged at the start of operations.
