The Project Execution Procedure at Remotion AS outlines how projects are managed from start to finish. It covers tasks like engineering, project management, construction, and testing, ensuring everything is done safely and meets quality standards. Key roles, like the Project Manager, make sure the project stays on track and within budget. The procedure also ensures proper planning, design, and monitoring, with a focus on safety and environmental protection throughout the project’s lifecycle. This process helps deliver successful projects on time and to the right quality.
This procedure applies to all Remotion projects, covering the planning, initiation, and documentation phases.
Responsibilities and authority
- Operation Manager
Creates project in the systems and coordinates the project portfolio. - Project Manager
Oversees project activities, ensuring that tasks are performed according to project plans, budgets, and procedures. Ensures material traceability and conducts design reviews. - Workshop Manager
Manages workshop facilities, equipment maintenance, and personal safety - Engineering
Handles studies and designs, reviewing customer requirements, standards, and criteria - Site supervisor
Reports progress, changes, and non-conformities
