Change Management
Changes in projects are normal, and with the correct handling they may be neither problematic nor cause undue delay.
There are two different paths for change management; Management of Change (MoC) and Variation Order Request. While both documents manage change, MOC ensures safe internal modifications, whereas VOR handles contractual adjustments in projects.
