Proteus Safe Control System
The Proteus Safe control system is PLC based; The PLC operates the robot drive units via commands from operator given from the control panels. In addition to supplying commands the operator can also read out different status messages from the system.
Proteus Safe has two main tools: Linear Tool (with various sub-modes) and Blastcan. You can change the mode from the WRC, which adjusts the control interface accordingly. Make sure to select the correct mode for the attached tool and task. The active mode is shown on the panel display.
There are two control panels for the Proteus Safe system. The main panel is the WRC and the secondary, emergency control panel, is available from the touchscreen. Not all functions are available from the HMI screen panel.
