Description 

1. 

Tighten all connectors.   

2. 

Check that all cables are securely attached.   

3. 

Check that the grinder can be moved up and down the whole length of the beam.   

4. 

Check that the jet nozzles can be moved up and down the whole length of the screw.   

5. 

Check that the grinder motor starts without problems.   

6. 

Tighten all high-pressure connections.   

7. 

Check the orientation of the high-pressure nozzles.   

8. 

Check nozzle for high pressure jet is not leaking   

9. 

Check that grinder disk is in good condition.   

10. 

Tighten grinder disk.   

11. 

Start UHP unit to test the nozzle functioning
